Cannot log in. Changed password 3 times, and it loops back to log in. Reinstalled app does the same thing. Any chance of getting this app working? The old app worked for me. The new update allowed me to give! Will update if any other issues are found.

I recommend adding PayPal or Venmo as a payment method. I, for one, hate to get up from the sofa to get my credit card when I am giving in the spur of the moment. I will just stop if I have to get up. In addition, I like to use PayPal, so I only have to update card detail in as few places as possible.

I don't like how Vanco works. I can't do what I used to do on the Give+ App, it doesn't seem I can. I used to be able to pay Tithes & all type of Offerings together along with the processing fee all in one payment transaction. Give+ worked well for me for what I needed to do in a moments time. Give+ was a convenience for me to have & use. Vanco's an inconvenience that has made me go back to traditional giving in the Church, not something I wanted. Uninstalling & will reconsider if it improves.

I have experienced multiple problems with this app since the switch. Now, I am unable to submit giving; the purple section will not highlight to submit payment. I have Uninstalled and worked with staff several times. It is frustrating to be at church and can't give through this program that connects directly to the accounting program power church.
