Living in Germany, but want to use English as an app language. Unfortunately, the application does not have such an option. I am pretty sure I am not the only one in this situation as nowadays, globalization is ruling and Greeks are living in Italy, Italians-are in Germany, Romanians-in Italy etc. Please let people use their language as an optional of the residence country, or at leaee leave English as an option. I love the concept. I love the deals. I love the app. BUT one-month average to have your purchase at home? NO way. Returning items seems like a hell of a procedure. Ve epee Italy, you have a lot to improve...

I was a customer for over 10 years, but the platform has slowly degraded to a wholly untrustworthy scamming operation. The app is buggy, only offers basic functions. To check orders or contact help, you have to access the site from a desktop pc (not just desktop version on mobile). Good luck finding the right link, the UX is atrocious. Orders aren't delivered, or only partially, or wrong items, but they refuse to investigate or refund (if you can get them to reply at all!)

Over a month of ordering and paying a product and reaching maximum date of delivery I call to ask what happened with my order, and they tell me they have no stock and will give a refund. In the app they said they had received the products form the supplier weeks ago. I needed the products I bought, telling me they will not deliver after over a month is not acceptable. If I don't call I'd still be waiting
