>>> UpDate 27May2021: After a phone call from FireFly Int. Tech Support, I agreed to see if the new module/app would work predicated upon me being told that a problem with a server had been rectified. This fine morning, we attempted to connect locally (Bluetooth) through the Vega touch Eclipse app and son-of-a-gun.... it worked... perfectly! I then connected the module to our RV only dedicated Samsung cell phone hot spot. I then walked away from our 5th wheel a few hundred yards to see if the remote connection worked through the Vega touch Eclipse app on my Samsung Note 10+ and... it also worked! So, all is now good with the RV World. And, as I said I would, I have changed my rating to 5 stars and would give this the same excellent/recommendation that we had given for the Vega touch Mira module/application.<<< A12 through incomplete frustration. Previous module/application worked. Eclipse version does not and no information is provided to indicate what is wrong and what is being done to rectify the not working hardware and/or application.

I get reliable connections by Bluetooth and by internet Wi-Fi. I did have a major problem in that the app would allow the floor plan of my motor coach. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it multiple times, and cleared the cache multiple times. Still would not let me have the right floor plan. Support and service from Firefly was good, but still could not get the right floor plan. Finally, I decided to power down the phone (android) and reboot it. That did the trick. Works fine now.

After a long time of issues with the Vega touch app, probably having specific issues with my phone and android, the new Eclipse module seems to work perfectly, both remotely over Wi-Fi and locally with Bluetooth. Thank you Firefly team for this new product and approach to controlling our Verona 36VSB! I'll revisit after a month and maybe give it five stars.

App performs well locally but cloud services are marginal, especially in recent months. Could've saved money and purchased the Mira had I known Vega touch cloud services were so unreliable.

Terrible App...we have a 2022 Fleetwood Discovery and I use a Google Pixel android phone. No matter what I try, I can't get the app to find my Vega touch system, so it is entirely useless. I can connect with an iPhone, but I am an android user. The android app won't find the system.

We purchased an upgraded system almost a year ago. I advised them that the black and gray tanks were not being read by the app. They told me that they were aware of the problem. Two updates later and no fix. This is an issue because one selling point was that you don't have to keep entering the coach to see if you have any reading on the tanks. The cloud service is also sporadic. We just can't trust that we'll be getting any data while we are away, and our dog is in the coach.
