Great coaches and plans! Getting back into exercise postpartum and I love how the plans ease you into training! I'm bummed I couldn't finish my first training with Vert when I got pregnant, but I will be starting the 5k plan again soon!

The app provides training plans tailored to your specific goals, from short to ultra distances combined with online coaching. Its chat function allows you to communicate with your coach and provide feedback per workout. Based on the suggestions of the Vert. Run community the app has improved a lot in the last years, it's user-friendly, flexible in adjusting your plan and recently GPS tracking functionality has been added. Keep up the good work guys in making trail running accessible to everyone!

Do not sign up. Coaches don't pay attention to you at all. Answers are always generic. Training plans are cookie cutter. It's a scam

The free training programs look okay, but the app has a lot of bugs at the free level, so I'm not willing to pay anything. I cannot connect to any devices/accounts, including Strata. The free version is extremely limited and honestly not worth downloading.

Does its job, but way too many bugs on Android! For example: - the bottom bar sometimes is frozen - same for controls at the top - sudden crashes when opening the chat - chat notifications don't redirect to the chat This causes a very bad UX as you find yourself clicking something, then closing the app, re-opening and retrying

I paid for a coach, even though I'm completing a free program. For 25.00 a month I'm supposed to get an "Includes weekly real human coach support". My coach introduced himself and asked me to do the same. I waited two full weeks without a response before emailing the app owners. In the meantime I reviewed the thread where others were asking questions, and adding that their coach is not responding. 2 emails I got a response asking how often the coach should respond. Use the FREE not the coaching!
