It's a nice service if you know how to use it. So returning bikes is the key to avoid problems - when returning your GPS on the app must be accurate. This is bad. Otherwise - it's good, the fares are optimal, you can even have an electro bike for free. And you can earn money (on your account) for returning bikes Top-ups are weird - only visa cards if you don't have polish "plick" or PayPal Requested fix: please allow users to return bikes properly even if they phone is turned off

Notification at start of app that says it not work correctly because I don't have HMS core. I don't have Huawei... App doesn't show location of bikes and station. Last riding season all was good but now... tried to get info from app consultant. Says please wait for consultant then immediately says is there anything else we can help you with 😆 😂 😆 like they helped and are finished...1.8 our of 2k reviews

Very bad customer service. Expensive prices. Too many problems with the bikes, very easy to get charged extra for no reason CAUTION BIG CHARGES. Sometimes because of technical problems you can't stop the renting, and you keep getting charged till you find them online (long time). Stay away from them and better rent from a shop in the end of the day it might be cheaper... Got charged 300pln for not parking it on the correct spot for 30 minutes.

Scammers! Horrible experience. - Unable to register and pay for a long time - Reader not working - Bikes getting stuck - Returning the bike at correct zone still gets you charged - Chasing you for 1 dollar debt - You pay 5 dollars more, twice, but they don't register it and still chase you
