★★★★★ I am using lineage os on a nonrooted phone, so it won't open. I will try again on my ipad next. Works perfectly on my IPAD.

★★☆☆☆ When I use the sign in information that I use on the Victory Capital website... the app will open to the sign-in page, I then sign in, receive the one time security code, and before I can type in the code I am returned to the sign-in page. Sometimes I get a message saying no internet then it flashes back to sign in page. I spoke with customer service (Mobil app prompt) and reported what was happening and even performed the routine with them on the phone with me. No luck. And no answers.

★★☆☆☆ Ever since my phone updated to Android 11 the app won't open. It hits the initial splash screen and then closes. I tried reinstalling it to no AVAIL. I tried uninstalling Web View, no avail. Edit: The company's app development department reached out to me, and we did some troubleshooting together. The app still doesn't work, but they have a better idea of what areas to look into to fix the problem. Edit 2: 3 months have gone by, have not heard a peep from them, app still isn't working
