I can tell u that from reading the reviews of others they have complete control over their product and if u can't do something with it. It's bc you're not using it correctly or just lazy and tell everyone that the product has a problem when really it's just you not doing the work. This product Picture Home Indoor/Outdoor Security Cameras 5☆. Just needs more synergy with other assistance hardware(alexa&google)

I like the camera itself, and it impressed me especially the night vision but there being no saving the detections without paying money when there are apps you can use to turn an old phone into a security cam with those extremely basic features is ridiculous. The camera itself already costs money, and it is ao greedy to ask for even more on a subscription for extremely basic security camera features. It says I can "insert a sd card" but my phone doesn't have a slot as most phones don't these days.

Please SILENCE THE ADS!!! The app used to be great, but ever since ads are added it became SOOOOO ANNOYING. I'm OK with some ads, but NOT the loud sounds that come with them, especially when I have to check the camera late at night. The sounds are SOOOO LOUD, they are waking everyone up. There's no way to mute them. BAD!!!

I would not recommend Picture Cameras after the latest firmware updates! 1 cam now turns itself off & on randomly for no reason, it's done it 21x in the last hour! The 2nd camera won't connect at all, it's permanently offline. The light comes on, but it won't connect, even after being reset! So disappointed, they clearly some major firmware/software issues & there is no option available to redownload and fix the unbelievably badly coded firmware updates. The Cameras are now completely useless!

They added ads to the app for a camera you bought. These did not use to be there, so it is a bit of a shock and annoying.
