★★☆☆☆ I can't log in half the time. My bill payments have been late as a result. Terrible app. While this is not a review of the services offered by Virgin, the app is terrible.

★★☆☆☆ Very unhappy with how my service is going so far. And I would never go to Wireless wave to set up a phone provider again! So many broken promises. And when you call to talk to someone about any issues they give excuses and ask you to go to a store location. Once you go to a store location they tell you that you have to call and there is nothing that can be done in person. I feel so let down by virgin and this is my first experience with this company.

★★☆☆☆ The last 2 days the app won't open. I updated it today and still won't open. Very annoying.
