Also, for updating the phone number, I hope this is available directly from the app. It's to hassle to go to paging branch, buti sana malaria lahat sa Paging branch... 🙏

★★☆☆☆ There should be a way to unlock and reset password through email. Come on, it's 2024 already nearing 2025. Why do we need to go to s branch just to reset our account? Even banking apps don't do that.

★★☆☆☆ It's very hassle to unlock your account. You need to go to branch just to unlock. Please consider the convenience of the users. There is NO Paging branch near us. I need to travel 3-4hrs just to go to branch and the worst is I need to absent to work!!. There should be an option to unlock account through email. You have poor customer service. Really disappointing
