Features previously free to use are now suddenly behind a paywall since the latest update. This is called regression in the eyes of the user and is not the same as features being disabled from the beginning. Customer support dodged feedback and gave generic answer about performance improvements. Again, not the same as regression.

I've been experiencing audio cuts during NSDR scripts, causing me agitation instead of relaxation. On September 20, 2023, I reported this issue to the Virtual team, and they promised a new app version that would resolve all the bugs and have improvements. However, after installing the update, the app somehow got worse with audio still cutting out, missing features, and longer NSDR scripts now behind a paywall! I'd rate the latest update 0/5 if I could. Steer clear of this bug-ridden app!
