This App is a waste of time. It is never able to confirm the appointment, and you then have to telephone the hospital. It used to work well. But it has been updated and is now useless. It is actually not worthy of One Star. Having emailed Vithas they have quickly resolved the problem and I can report that they App is currently useable as intended. I am now as impressed with the App as I am with my treatment at the hospital.

Unable to retrieve COVID results on time for flight. Bad service, unable to help over the phone, and PCR is also pricy (110 pounds). Please avoid app and service.

Unusable. Loading appointment times doesn't work if you move through days. Confirming appointments just says there's an error. I've tried to book an appointment 5 times with success. Cmon it's not that hard
