★★★★★ A great way to buy tickets to events. The prices fluctuate, so you need to make sure to check back often. I got my tickets for close to the opening price a few days before the concert. I did have an issue with my address for some reason. Vivid seats refused the sale until I put in a valid address. This forced me to attempt to buy another set of tickets. I used the same address and that time the sale went through. Odd.

★★★★★ To prevent ticket reselling and keep prices affordable for everyone, tickets should be issued in your name and require ID verification upon entry.

★★☆☆☆ They helped me get great seats to an away game in the front row. Sorry, but I have to change this review. I wrote this before I got my tickets. They actually bait and switched me. They gave me row 11 instead. I am very unhappy. They wanted to do a long investigation, and during that time they sold the row 1 seats again to another customer. On top of $60-$70 fees per ticket, they have poor customer service. I called 8 or 9 times and nobody would fix this mess.

★★☆☆☆ ///BUYERS BEWARE/// I bought $230 worth of tickets for an event in a few weeks and went to verify they were still there since the week after purchase was the last time I saw them. The tickets are gone and vivid seats didn't send me a confirmation order email. I'm having to dispute the charges with my bank as the funds were paid but no order exists. Support chat was extremely unhelpful. And don't even think about trying to call customer support. I am never going to order from vivid seats again.
