★★☆☆☆ I Paid 4k for my security system for Vivint. Any time it rains my phone is constantly getting alerts that people are detected, but there's no one there. I've also been having to reset the cameras and the home base once a week because they keep saying "camera unavailable". It doesn't alert me when the cameras are down. I only know because I stop getting alerts when I walk into my home. Vivint is overpriced mediocre equipment that fails to keep my home monitored after wasting $4,000!!

★★☆☆☆ The app never works, I always have a camera offline. The app always shows me that a door is unlocked when it is closed and locked. I'm always calling to get my system worked on. They even moved my system to different locations in the house to see if it would work better and it doesn't. I can't wait to have this equipment paid off, and my contacts are over because I will be canceling my service with them.
