I use voice notes to record my ideas and reflections especially when I am too tired to type it out. The quality of transcription is outstanding compared to other services I have tried!!! Very excited about the feature sets that are coming ahead.

Very disappointed. Very few functional updates. The icons are TINY - which makes it nearly impossible to use when on the go. You can’t update a note or append to a note - you can only create a subnote … that means you can’t use the tool to generate content with an expanded context. Best of all… today I accidentally hit BACK, and it immediately DELETED ALL THE WORK I did in the last hour! I’ve offered several feedback comments but hear nothing back. The updates are basically useless.

I requested a refund 3 days after paying for a year. They should call it Type notes, the "ask AI" feature doesn't work. When I ask it a question about my notes, I get nothing. When I type in my question, it works as expected. I reached out to customer service and got crickets. So I just changed my review and the rating. I absolutely love the concept of a second brain, but this app isn't there yet.

I purchased this through Apple with my Apple Card and cannot get a refund. An honorable Dev would have a premium trial period, so users could get refunds from Apple. I requested a refund 1–2 days after making my purchase. The app looks fine on my Android tablet but not on my iPad Mini 7 which I also use a lot. Also, I have Otter.ai, this doesn't offer anything better for me.
