A very good app I have had an interest in astronomy and astrophysics since I was an 8 year old boy. I am enjoying being able to use vortex because it helps me correlate things I have read in the astronomy books, with what is actually out there in the constantly changing sky. I would like to see some improvement such as more in-depth information about different celestial bodies. Showing distances to stars is one very good start. Keep up the excellent work!!

Educational and well done An enjoyable astronomical app. One suggestion for the options is that when exiting a sub menu, you should go back to the options menu and not right out of options. It's unintuitive like it is. Small irritation in a great app.

Needs Help section on web page How do I toggle sky mode on and off? The program started in sky mode and the display moved with the accelerometers on the phone, but I accidentally turned it off. How in the hell do I put it back to sky mode? I have looked on the website and can't find it. Am I missing something? NEXUS 7P. MM. Program is PERFECT minus the lack of user manual. I will revise to 5 stars IMMEDIATELY if answered.

Not calibrating and crashing with GPS It wont calibrate accurately.....shows that the sun is still up, and it crashes when I use the gps. Galaxy note 2.

Nexus 7 Vortex on my Nexus 7 was broken and with the upgrade to Jelly Bean 4.2 kaput. However, the latest version of Vortex sorted all the problems out and it now works perfectly. After the upgrade to Jelly Bean 4.3 Vortex has stopped working again. It doesn't track the sky when I'm panning the device.

No response I cannot get the program to do anything. I asked them if there was any directions, and no response. After 2nd plea they asked what I installed program on and told them Samsung note 2, and tab 3, and again asked for help and no response. Program is probably great if I could use it.
