My experience with vos has been pretty great I won't lie, but the recent update has more limitations. It's a really good app though, my mental health has never been better.

This app is great so far. I'm trying my best to be consistent with my streaks. It's really good and is aiming to be a one-stop therapy app. I hope for better upgrades. You still get good value even from the free version.

This app was previously amazing. It really helped me with my struggles through the great activities they had, especially the Ai chat feature, and it was mostly free with the option of watching an ad for the non-free options which I felt was responsible. Now, with the update, the tasks are fewer as you have to pay for nearly all of them (Ai chat being one of them), the ad watching option being removed. Honestly, it's disappointing. Unless you have money, the app is useless.

The app was very good with the scheduled tasks depending on the time of the day, now it has fewer tasks, and fewer options are available since it uptaded, now all the good things are paid. And I can't even see my insights of the day without paying. I think it was better before, I'm very disappointed and unhappy with it.

I got an email from vos, asking me to take a survey and promised a free premium membership for some time, which wasn't the case. Definitely not cool advertising something wrong to get your users to do something for you.
