★★☆☆☆ No matter what you do please do not use VRB they will help you with nothing in regards to a bad host or scams!!! I found myself in a huge scam from VRB host in hawaii and spent over 2,000 for a dirty room for just 2 nights!!! Insane, they refused to help with host. Just stay away and make VRB accountable for what they allow hosts to do, I had never been to hawaii but damn! I even have photos to prove it. This was at the ko olina resort

★★☆☆☆ Just DO NOT USE THIS APP - Scammers !! *********** Booked a room in South London -most terrible and dirty unkempt place. We left after 20 mins of walking into the property!!! Tried to contact the owner for a refund after we weren't even given the correct room-no response !!! VRB customer service - ABSOLUTELY GOD AWFUL No answers on hold for hours and over a week none of money has been refunded. Is this how you run a business VRB???. Daylight robbery
