I wish the APP would SYNC more often instead of having to manually SYNC, purely because when the company I work for dispatches urgent jobs they obviously only appear after you've hit the manual SYNC button. The APP has improved alot over the past 5 years though.

As you can not enlarge the screen and text very small making hard read have talked other engineers in Alarmed and engineers from other companies how use VXFIELD they all, so text is hard to read. Most programs on a phone you can enlarge please sort this issue

Very poor Constantly crashes and not synchronized Jobs that have been done and closed Suddenly re-appear. As if you never been there. Not a real time look at techs day. You fight with the app, and then you have to prove you been doing any work
