★★☆☆☆ For once, I have been enjoying the app. Easy to click on home screen and find the combinations of favorites I need. However today I bought a ticket at 60 nok. After VIPs the app froze. I then wondered if I failed to complete in VIPs. During this messing about I am getting on the train and sitting down. Give up and try again. I am confused. Cannot buy the same ticket now as passed time. Heads up vy trains are always late, except leaving oslo. 2 the next ticket is 92 nok, not 60??

★★☆☆☆ 1. Mixes up pricing for fully flexible and partly flexible - fully flexible 1200NOK, changeable but not refundable 1800NOK, not flexible at all 1100NOK. 2. Time entered for searching a train departure is recognized as Australian time (where I am located) and then adjusted to Norwegian time - depart at 11:00am is reset to 00:30am!! 3. When trying to progress a booking gets stuck just giving travel details even when not tapping that link! 4. Just can't trust pretty much anything.

★★☆☆☆ Why on Earth do I have to download the app and create a profile just to get my ticket?! Especially since one time you get the ticket by email and another time not. Hate this.
