But the subjected department (H.E.S.CO) is not clearing or updating my complains status even after more than 8monthd, the judgment is also in my favore. I had launched a complaint on portal after 2 days. My complaint was deleted and It's a total scam. Those complaints which they can't resolve are deleted from portal.

Very worst app ever Any attachment or document is not open for view or download. Not the comment of ombudsman or report issued/signed is viewed. Totally disagree with developer. App should support to view or download any attached document
