★★★★★ I recommend this because it has all the options you need as well as being quick and convenient. It has a water-pouring alarm. It has different shapes and colors of glasses, cups, mugs and bottles to quickly show whether you were drinking water, sports drink, cup of tea or coffee, a mug of beer, etc. Once you select, you can also choose to change the ounces (or metric measurement) of the drink. One problem is, if you change the sound of the reminder, you might not be able to get it back. Help!

★★☆☆☆ Has work well and I have really enjoyed it. However now it has started to keep notifying me when I am ahead of schedule. Both mute and no notifications fail to stop the phone buzzing away. Really shame had been great. Update. I have reinstalled the app, but 4 years on the same issue is still happening. When you select the mute notification when ahead of schedule, it still notifies when ahead. A simple fix they can' be bothered to do. Choose another app or use a native one like samsung health.

★★☆☆☆ Very simple to use, and it lets me control the notifications I get. It also allows me to change the cup measurements to the amounts I use most. Update:It's a shame that some bug within the app kept making music play in the background (I'm assuming from one of their ads) and after I realized the source which was from this app I had to uninstall it.
