I love Water drop cubes, the idea of not buying plastic bottles, all their products, they have the nicest bottles and all the extras that I seldom even bought but waited to collect enough points to get them for free! Glass/steel bottles, lovely glasses, ceramic cups etc. I even have the water Filter Carafe and Lucy cap cheap that sterilizes water on the go&with the app measures water intake They have a subscription plan, so you don't have to think about next orders, always can be canceled&adjusted.

For the 1 day it worked, it was cool. 2nd day it recorded 3 sips. 3rd day nothing. Tried everything. Messaged support several times. No answers. The manual link in the app leads to a "please wait" page that never loads anything. Not even sure if I'm doing it right since there are zero directions. Like what is the "add drink" button for. Is that for if you drink something without using the cap? Do you have to do that to signal Lucy you filled the bottle? Too expensive for this hassle.

As a medical professional, when I loaded this app that gives medical advice based on hydration which is directly affected by your physical gender, and they asked me what I identified as, it became obvious they don't care about my hydration, or they would know physical gender is what affects it I like their products but will find a different provider if something similar that actually understands health and hydration

The app might be fine, but I'm not using it, because there is no reason I should have to give you my email address and register for an account just to be able to track my water.

Dan git! Why does it force you to create an account before you can do literally anything else? I don't appreciate having to give up my email address and create yet another password -- that I have to somehow remember, not to mention the possible security implications -- before I even know if the app will do what I need it to do. I've been burned by this too many times now, and I'm done playing that game. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to uninstall it before having even given this app a try.
