★★☆☆☆ Hotel excellent...app less so. You can't book restaurants through the app and have to go via the website. This showed as fully booked but if we went to reception there was availability. You also can't change or cancel bookings from the itinerary so for example if you needed to switch a Kids Zone session you had to double book and then cancel manually. I really can't fault the hotel-we are likely to return - so was surprised at how poor the app is when you're actively encouraged to use it.

★★☆☆☆ Really painful to use on Android. Why can't this stiff be booked on the website rather than this really clunky app? The UI of this app has already make me not want to go on holiday - I don't want to have to pre-book everything a week beforehand - I go on holiday for some freedom & spontaneity.
