Poor technical support. I'll change this drastically if they fix the android "Manage Subscription" Right now the page won't stop scrolling, so you are stuck with the free version. Based upon what I have seen from others, this app is the industry leader in transcription and creating concise summaries of meetings. To bad, I can't currently use it.

The app is completely useless. I believed I was recording presentations. There are no audible recordings or transcriptions after I paid for the subscription. The only actual audio I have is from the free version, and the audio is absolutely terrible and inaudible for most of it. I will be requesting a refund.
