This WCT voucher is a big joke. A sticker found at A&W outlet at Paradigm Mall JB, after queuing for some time and reaching the counter, only being told that this voucher cannot be used at this outlet. Asking why, the anwer is "don't know" and asked to go to concierge counter. When asking the concierge counter, also said don't know why. Wasting time and money to collect points. Will never trust WCT and its campaign anymore.
