This is not an app for customers it's for UK LIDL EMPLOYEES! Seen some reviews complaining about using the app and not being able to search for items in store or being able to phone stores, firstly it's a Lidl colleague app for UK Lidl employees ONLY, secondly it's not for public use it's not for searching Lidl products or stores, thirdly there's no way Lidl would have its stores phone numbers posted online for any Tom dick or Harry to call a store to ask questions that's what Cust service is for🙄

Really don't understand all the negative reviews about the app after all this time we've had it...nobody in my store has ever really had any problems at the start and nobody has any problems now works perfectly never had issues with logging in or recording start/end of shifts, breaks etc. I use the app now more than I use my actual fob! The only issues I ever had was the number I had was wrong, and I didn't get the OTP code when I signed up so changed it on internal system

Can someone from We Are Lidl come and discuss your blatant lawbreaking with me. I've tried contacting Lidl internally, and now I'm trying to talk to you publicly. It's a legal requirement to provide a payslip to staff, and you're in breach of this law. Additionally, you are in breach of a number of company policies. I guess trust, belonging and respect are just meaningless buzzwords to Lidl. If anyone on the app sees this can you flag it up to the clowns running WAL, so they stop ignoring me.

Probably the poorest design of any app. You have to log in twice if you want to see your payslips, but it's a different password. If you forget it, there is no way to reset it, therefore you're locked out. We no longer get paper payslips and rely on the app, but instead of waiting to see how the app performs, Lidl immediately decided to stop issuing paper payslips. Many people at work have no access to this app, it is ridiculously bad, and in typical Lidl fashion, ass backwards and antiquated

Absolutely rubbish can't access any of my wage slips or P60s, worst concept of app I've ever come across. Cannot even change password for your own account and no email warning before the password is about to expire after 90 days. No help in depot from ATMS either which says it all. This is actually ILLEGAL! And im not the only colleague either. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
