It's good but not accurate (I use a Lincoln Powerwave C300 at work) so it'd be nice to have pulse and frequency settings but It's good for getting an aproximate setting but is way too high to run with. For example 12g aluminum will burn through at 580in/min 19v 3/64 wire. More like 300-325 @ 20v. Otherwise good app.

Great, but...needs to add different positions. As a student, this is a wonderful little tool. It gives me the general idea of what settings I need to be using. I can generally figure out the other settings for vertical and overhead, but it would be great to have the settings for the other positions. Especially if you don't know if you're welding within the AWS code. Also, an extra star for not having to carry that massive consumable for around everywhere.

Very limited beginners app Very limited in the variables such as filler wire material thickness and shielding gas not sure why you wouldn't list thicker materials or different gasses on none brand specific wire

If you have a Lincoln machine that uses letters rather than actual numbers for voltage or amps and wire speed, this app is useless.

Add pulse It could use more settings and more detail about the process like tungsten type and might pulse settings.
