It's a great way to track your account activity. It allows instantly internal transfers as well. It's an amazing banking app.

Incorrect balance indicator. They have two indicators "current balance" and "available balance" neither are your physical, correct balance. I understand that the app does not replace the responsibility of personal balancing, but when someone is not capable of balancing, at the moment, and they check the app, it gives false hope of a balance that possibly isn't factual and can lead one into the red, unbeknownst. It's happened multiple times to myself, even while keeping a ledger.

Since January 2024, android has updated, now the wsfcu application now crashes, and it will not load crashes immediately. Really like the app when ur was up.

Try to log in, and the app crashes every time. I've tried to restart my phone, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, nothing works. As with everything else with Western Sun, it is one of the worst apps ever!
