I hope this was not a fluke but I just flew west jet YWG to ATL and for the first time in years the west jet connect entertainment worked for me on my samsung phone. Hope it's fixed on all flights !! Thank you 😊

App works for boarding passes but won't let check in. I had to beg for help on Twitter because phone lines have obscene wait times. I will be flying Air Canada next time. I hate that we have stupid monopolies for everything in Canada. West Jet used to be the "good" airline

The app is completely broken and doesn't allow you to do to anything such as login or check-in.

I have tried to book a flight several times through the website and crashes every time. Thought I would try the app and IT crashes every time. I assumed West Jet would want my money, but it sure does not seem like it.
