Westpac team detected my card scam urgently and stopped payment

The latest app is not good not able to see latest transaction anymore can only see the last 5 transactions, please change this brings back allowing us to see all recent history transactions

Removing cardless cash was the worst idea to come out of Westpac in a while. I cannot comprehend the resoning behind this. It's a major security hit as now I'm forced to carry my card rather than have all payments and access to cash biometrically protected. It's such a bizarre step back, I've been carrying keys and phone for 4 years now since modern banking fixed the need to carry a card. Thankfully the support call center staff recognize this is a bad idea and are helping close my accounts
