Great overall, however, I would love to see how much is left in my wash/dry cycle instead of how long the machine has been operating.

It's a good app, easy to follow (new system in the house), it will be good that send the notification when the machine is hot and lock to have more time before is unlocked, or with 15–20 minutes or so send a previous message saying in 10 minutes your laundry will be ready to have enough time to pick it up.

I would say it is a good app, but I don't understand why instead of a count-down, they show you the amount of time the machine is washing or drying. If I don't remember how long is the selected mode I don't know when start to come back. If the machines are inside a hostel, instead of address better to put the name of the hostel.

Consistent problems with washing machines being under maintenance constantly, the app itself is constantly down and does not work as intended. The dryers hardly dry clothing, washing machines are located in a room without Internet or cellular service.

Worst customer care service. It's a waste of money if you use this app. When I use dryer, it starts and stops automatically within some minutes and I have to re pay it to use it again. With this I wasted my 15 Euros. If you don't pay then email come with warning of legal proceedings. I wrote them an email, but no proper response. Machines are not reliable if it stops working in between the washing Cycles, nobody there to support and by the end you have to pay without washing your clothes.

This app is extremely annoying to work with. The payment system seems to barely functional, taking you to an external website which takes 4 trys to pay. Rushing to the laundry room at the apps demand. Why can't we just schedule a wash, the machines presumably know when the machine will be finished, rather it suddenly demanding you go to the washer.
