Please let us edit which cat it is that goes into the litter box. Two of mine are similar weight (not exact) but most the time I know who's in there, so it'd be nice to correct it to help it learn who's who. Other than that it's pretty solid.

Keep getting an error code trying to connect my feeder to the app. $300 and doesn't work right out of the box, no customer support on Sundays. Completely unacceptable. I'm a huge fan of the litter robot and was exited for the feeder. I am immeasurably disappointed.

After paying a high price for a litter box, I'm now being pushed ads through the app. It's offensive to consumers who pay a very high price tag for a premium product to be pushed ads after purchase. Anything for a dollar

I've wasted two hours trying to onboard a brand new LR4. It connects to Wi-Fi and I get push notifications for it, but it never shows up in my list of devices. Didn't work with the Apple app either.
