★★★★★ It does what it promises. Scooters are fun and seem very sturdy. In case of problems, support is friendly, quick and understanding. As an added note, their attendants are all human, which means a lot nowadays.

★★☆☆☆ No matter how many times I tried Whoosh something happened that ruined it for me. Last time I picked up a scooter, and its rear wheel was blocked, I tried to drop it but turned out I can't, because it was too far from a parking spot. I had to chat with support. From my 3–4 attempts I was able to ride once and still there were some problems charging my card, so the app stopped working. For me Whoosh = lost time

★★☆☆☆ Can't register. Claims that there is a communication error when I enter my phone number. As requested I have sent a screenshot. Hope to here from you soon

★★☆☆☆ Edit again: this year they totally broke location service. Now you may see a scooter on map, stay right in the place and see no scooters 50 meters around. There are way too much such issues. Actually, if you see only one scooter on map, you are almost guaranteed that this is a ghost you will never find. Moreover, now it is cheaper to ride a bus than to ride a scooter for five minutes. And unlike scooter, you will find a bus stop easily.
