The hardware is fantastic and available for a great price, always liked the Philips build quality. They do require a bit of perseverance with particularly in surround sound mode with two wireless rear (6502) speakers. Need to be unpaired and repaired. You need a good strong Wi-Fi and a bit of technical/diagnostic mindset, but otherwise it is great, and it is very stable, also have the 6505, all bought at steep discounts and the B95 bar and subwoofer are amazing.

I'm feeling ambiguous on this as I just get an update message for my Tab 8805/10 soundbar and two updates never install not do they seem to take via USB when this app doesn't get it working. Update: 3 attempts with the USB worked and now taking OTA updates. Redirects you to get PS Fine tune app, where you'll be able to install update 60.41.13 OTA. Not sure why PS fine tune wasn't part of the Philips Sound app as it allow tries to perform updates but fine-tunes the speakers settings.

App is absolute garbage. Never recognizes the speakers, so you set them up again, next time you open the app it can't find them again. Make snit impossible to update your speaker software.

The soundbar is connected to the Wi-Fi, at least the light isn't blinking anymore, but the app still can't connect or find it.

Absolute disgrace of a service, has rendered my year old soundbar useless. Wi-Fi setup doesn't work on brand-new Samsung ultra and a powerful Wi-Fi router. (Edit) DTS app works. Delete this from store Philips!
