Poor Customer Service for Rwanda, Congo, and Burundi As a customer from Rwanda, I've faced issues with account verification, no replies to texts for 3 weeks, and no response to daily emails. This lack of support is disappointing. Please improve services for Rwanda, Congo, and Burundi promptly. Even I send an email every day to your support team but nothing changes all you know is to sent your advertisement email without responding your customers' problem, shame on you, you're not trusted broker

This broker has the poorest support whereby I sent them a message 24 hours q go but no response also I met all the $30 bonus terms 1 lots, 20 trades and profits above $60 but withdraws are being rejected

I lost my demo account password, there is no way to reset account password without last password, the sent after creating a new account has a way to reset forgotten password, but it only changes portal password
