You walk in for the first time through the automated glass doors, and immediately I heard a" good morning" in stereo! A lady on the left and a lady on the right made the stero sound possible. Less than a minute later I was asked "coffee cold water or perhaps a cold soda? I'm like "Wow, how nice is this?" I went for the bottle of cold water and had a seat. I'm a Leo, so now I'm looking the place one wall to the next, up and down and thought classy bank. I love this bank and you will to!

Goes down once a month and I like to look at my balance multiple times a day. I have no clue if I actually received the money I was sent for gas, so I just have to pray I don't overdraft. And this is at least once a month. I'm fully moving to PayPal.

Frustrated with the app. Can't depend on it. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I check for an update, and no updates are needed. Usually, the app fails me when I need to access my information most and in a timely manner. I have a brand-new phone and good internet, but the app either crashes and shuts down, doesn't take my login credentials, or won't open to start with. Please fix asap, and keep it maintained. When it works well, it definitely does have nice features.
