Had some problems with losing connections, but service is really good and told me to allow location on background and now it works perfectly. But I don't understand why always on location is necessary.

Cannot connect air conditioning to Wi-Fi. Edit; eventually connected by pressing the temperature + on the unit. Instead of using the Woods app I am using the Smart Life app which is the code behind the Woods app anyway.

Not working as intended. Completely unable to connect Venetian 18k smart home both by manually adding product or auto scanning. Pressing the "night mode/reset Wi-Fi" button (5 sec) does absolutely nothing

The translation is laughable. The reliability of the app is nonexistent. After figuring out the instructions it eventually connected. Only to disconnect the following day for no reason. The app cannot find it unless you try multiple devices multiple times (iPad, phones etc.). Then it will disconnect again after a short period of time. The smart feature implementation is extremely poor.

AVOID. RUBBISH.PERMISSION FOR COOKIES COMPULSORY. APP JUST DOESN'T WORK. WHY ALL These BOLLOCKS TO USE APP? JUST WANT MACHINE TO WORK WHEN AT HOME I PRESS A BUTTON. TOTAL, TOTAL RUBBISH AVOID AT ALL COSTS. JUST GET A STRAIGHTFORWARD MACHINE. MINE IS BEING RETURNED. KEEP YOUR SANITY. AVOID. WHY SHOULD I NEED A NETWORK CONNECTION TO MAKE A BLOODY MACHINE WORK??? NONE OF MY OTHER APPLIANCES DO. DID I MENTION? AVOID
