Work Log: Timesheet & Invoice

★★★★★ Edited* been using the app for a long time now, and I absolutely love it! So much easier than the other big name apps which massively over-complicate things and don't work for me. Will continue to use this app! Works well and easy to use. Only thing I'd like to do is for it to be able to remember regularly imputed shift times, so I didn't have to manually do it each shift. Would be great to just be able to put in set shift times and pick them when I input data rather than set the time every time.

★★★★★ Works well to track time and make a basic invoice. When you're punched in you can pause for breaks, but it would better if it let you know whether your time is running or paused. Free trial for three months then you have to subscribe. There are two levels of subscription, but the less expensive one doesn't generate invoices, apparently, though it's not really clear what you're buying. I had to subscribe because I'd been tracking my time then couldn't bill for it. Generally I'm happy with the app.

★★☆☆☆ While I like this app every single time there is a new update the app will not open and I have to reinstall it. Its bloody annoying. Please help it is now saying sincrinization failed again and I cannot log in.

★★☆☆☆ I have emailed support a few times with no response. So I am not using the reviews to hopefully receive some help. I am a paid subscriber with the Advance plan. My next payment of $49.99 is not until October 2021. With this subscription I'm supposed to have access to unlimited reports, invoices etc. I am trying to generate a 2nd invoice for this month, and I'm unable to. I'm being prompted to upgrade to something I've already paid for. Please advise. I have been happy with this app up til now but I won't be paying for anything that does not have basic tech support. I will adjust my star rating once this is resolved.
