★★★★★ The weekly rating process should be more transparent between supervisor and subordinate as it is not clear that based on what considerations supervisor is rating his subordinate. Also, if supervisor writes a comment with the rating, subordinate should also get a chance to respond to that comment. Above all, it strongly recommended discontinuing the weekly rating features as it weakens the morale of the subordinate, which in turn affects his performance. Calendar and task sync can be added.

★★★★★ Workopolo is the most effective application to measure my productivity. The weekly rating process from supervisor is the indication to improvement on my work. User-friendly features are hassle-free and GPRS tracking system added extra advantage.

★★★★★ Workopolo is an excellent app to track my activities. I can evaluate my previous task & also plan for future actions. It also allows me to assign & monitor team members' activity along with geolocation. There is an option to include multiple reference documents or images with activity & task. I can also assign targets with a deadline to my team members and monitor the achievements. Remote Attendance with geolocation based is also an excellent feature.

★★☆☆☆ Maximum time showing" Unable to locate your location. Try Again." my device location is running, I can use Gmaps any time. But this app sometimes work - sometimes showing this problem. Also it consumes a lot of battery charge.

★★☆☆☆ This app is very lazy apps. It's not perfect time work. Please update and solve this problem. There is loading in this work. I think it's not properly work be fast. Apps developer please we solve this apps' problem it's not first working it's slowly working. Thanks.

★★☆☆☆ Use huge amount of Processor & Ram. Destroy Mobile Battery. I use more than 20 software in my mobile. Workopolo is the worst one. Very Low quality software.
