Not happy with World packers customer service. Emailed several times about the rating system but get no response; the system does not calculate the average star reviews properly. It takes the lowest star review and makes it you're rating. Making becoming one of their "top hosts" almost impossible to achieve. Also, the travelers rate how fun their experience was so if I can't make sure every task they help with is fun then I get a low rating. Definitely caters to travelers and unfair for hosts :(

Facebook or Google login do not work. Login with email neither works. Every time I open the app, a new error appears. On the website from laptop I have the same problems. I have been also in contact with the customer service, they didn't manage to fix the issue. It's really a pity because I am getting many emails from volunteers, and I can't reply.
