Hardly ever works. I open it and select restaurant, and it closes itself. I uninstall and reinstall but to no avail. I have to order through the website anyway.

Downloaded app, ordered food, charged. No updates on food, on way to view order. Hard to use and poorly designed. Will not use again.

Terrible. First order did not go through. Ordered again and got not notification of it going through. Asked at the counter and both orders came through but neither included the coffee paid for.

Unless this proffered a HUGE network of local businesses, which it doesn't, then it's just one more painful layer in trying to engage with a local business. Much better if wow apps was invisible and as a user I simply engaged with the businesses' website, with a small button stating it was powered by wow apps and offering the opportunity to explore the wow apps community of businesses in my area... aside from that the app is a waste of time. Get with the post app reality of phone friendly websites

Been having no issues with the app, but placed a standard order for our local pub and the order was not placed, but the money was withdrawn from my account. So now I have to pay double to sort out dinner for the night... not happy and will be ordering directly through the restaurant now and deleting the app
