The drivers are so bad. They drive recklessly like the road is theirs, and their taxi service alway try to find a longer distance to get to the destination and charge more for it. I even once saw someone's dog got hit really bad, and they just drove away like nothing ever happened. I rarely feel safe when getting on one. I know not all of them are bad, and there are many good examples out there. I hope there is a stricter regulation for drivers.

The map is never accurately updated. Always look like the driver didn't even bother moving an inch. Can you imagine the frustration of waiting 15 m - 20 m while looking at such a map?

I reserved taxi a night before for 8.40 am, so I can get in a taxi at 8.40 am and otw to my office for an important meeting. But eventually the reserve feature in this app has 0 function, because my booked was canceled, and then I called the cs, the cs said I have to call to reserve, and the taxi availability is depended on the traffic condition (then what's the point of reserve???!!!!). Because of this, I get another ride at 9.15, and I am late at my meeting. This happened 3x before.
