★★★★★ Paul was on time, knowledgeable and very pleasant. He was here about a week ago to fix my cameras. Everything worked after the visit. Then yesterday I called Xfinity yesterday to fix that, and also my touch screen started talking. It was a quick fix.

★★☆☆☆ This app is worthless! It is nonsense to have two separate Xfinity apps. This one doesn't work most of the time, and we can't arm our security system remotely without it. Do better.

★★☆☆☆ Been using this app for years, now I'm stuck in a password login loop. I can log into the website, the Xfinity app, but this app just keeps asking for my password over and over. Uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times now, and same exact result. Love that I'm paying premium dollar for this type of headache!
