★★★★★ This app is great for quick and reliable taxi and alot cheaper than uber I used these when it was snowing xl and Andy cars charged me £6 on the uber app it was saying between £14-£18
★★★★★ XL Green cars Thy are the best company I have found thy are quick at picking you up, and some drivers are very pleasant I use them all the time and have had no problem with them xx
★★☆☆☆ App is acceptable the company is unreliable! It doesn't message to tell you when a driver is on the way. But you can always go into the app to check. The problem is when you do you are constantly shown a driver is on the way only to check moments later and find you are still waiting because they cancelled. This is because the driver doesn't know the destination until they accept the job. And if they don't like it they just pick another. The service is terrible!
★★☆☆☆ The card part of the app has gone! So now it's all cash again. Might have to walk away until this is fixed
★★☆☆☆ Quite disappointed to be honest. I have used the app a few times now and paid by card over the app on the one occasion. I got charged £4.50 for the fare and 2 lots of £1.01 on my card so £2.02 with no explanation whatsoever. I am assuming it's a card charge, but they don't mention this at all. Won't be using again. Lost a very regular customer over this.
