As a customer, I'm happy to see a driver satisfied with what you pay and always get boss treatment riding with Yego. Could we however get PDF printable receipts ? This is essential for accountability. It's also the only reason why I'd choose the other haulers. Please give us printable receipts

★★☆☆☆ I used to like Yego until yesterday, this driver Raphael jewa was driving very slowly intentionally so as the price to go up, even when I got to my destination he was still delaying to stop the ride.

★★☆☆☆ Bad experience. I booked a XL to airport. Despite the higher charges, the driver insisted me to pay extra 100 Bob for airport parking in addition to the amount shown in the app (it was just a drop-off though). She was claiming that airport parking charges have not yet updated in the app.

★★☆☆☆ Really Bad UX. Could not get Driver details and also the Driver was unable to end Trip, Requesting a Trip not intuitive...
