★★☆☆☆ I am a regular customer at YLG salon, Thought of trying home salon. I have to tell you, she was pretty clumpsy, No safety gear was worn by her except mask. She came way beyond the time schedule. Was in a hurry to finish, she used saffron waxing but stating its gold wax. Was insitited her to sanitize her hands. Nothing has been sanitized in front of me or opened in front of me She had a half used wax cartridge, which I told her not to use. Bad experience I ever had. YLG should do some random checks.

★★☆☆☆ My location is Bangalore, but the YLG team assigned a beautician who is in Chennai. Obviously she did not turn up for the service. When I called the customer care, they said there is no alternative person in Bangalore who can provide me haircut service. They should have not taken my booking if there was no one available. Such a waste of time. Such poor of service. I will never recommend YLG to anyone.
