Easy to use and reserve my water classes 3 days ahead of time to be sure I can get in. The instructors are good. You go at your pace, if you can't do a move, skip it, they don't want you to hurt yourself. Great music to work out to.

Love the ability to sign up for classes! App has several facets. I can sign up for classes, record my workouts, and link to online, virtual classes. I wish the app was 1.easier to sign up-hard beginning 2. Linked activities and workout records in a streamlined way. It is very clunky to have to go through the giant list of workout activities, to record your workout, and 3. Had a quicker way to sign in on workout equipment as a member. Sign in with membership scan vs. 10-digit code. Very time-consuming.

Child care portal is clunky and always crashes!! I liked the old child care app that ymca used before.

App will not connect to internet. Downloaded several times. Had this issue before when I tried it for the first time. But it must have been corrected. I switch to T-mobile sim card from sprint sims card and can not connect to the internet. Was nice to use scheduled for pool use when worked.

This app is garbage and routinely fails to display schedules. It will randomly decide to only show classes for 1 or 2 locations. The old ymca app was much, MUCH better. Ditch GYM and bring back the old app!!
