★★☆☆☆ The worst delivery app ever. CS is slow. The food takes years to delivery even if it's a five-minute drive. They ig ore you and don't care. Don't waste your time with this pathetic app.

★★☆☆☆ Definitely a korean app. I can't even order because I want to order two different sandwiches for my husband & I from a place. A sandwich is ₩5,800. Because the 1st sandwich isn't ₩9,800, I can't add it to my cart because the button is greyed out saying it doesn't meet the minimum. DUH! I need to order two sandwiches you fools! This is AFTER I had to toggle off all the extras that were on by default because this app SUCKS that brought the single sandwich cost up to ₩34,000 by default. IDIOTS.

It's still difficult for foreigners to order. -It's always been difficult to order from this app. I finally got the darn residency card that's required and still doesn't #*&# work! You have to use Korean Bank account/card. You can't pay with cash anymore. It's been a nightmare! How do others able to use this without the residency card, bank card, or phone number, especially during lockdowns? September 23rd, 2022 Still a xenophobic...

★★☆☆☆ This application is not a user-friendly, anyhow, I was willing to write this comment in my beautiful korean language, but this company seems to discriminate the inland people, I envy you foreigners. Plus.why an u writing all the replies in korean, although foreign people is writing the comments in english? :p
