Simple, clean and does what is expected. But I do have a wishlist. If only we could pause and resume the robot, it would be perfect! I'm using the v6 model. When it gets stuck anywhere, it tries to move away and if it fails after a few tries, it resets and starts the cleaning all over again. Repeatedly cleaning same area again and again :(Also, when we need to fill water again, because the tank is so small, it will not be possible to resume! Pause and resume definitely would be helpful.

Using robot vacuum (great vacuum but app less so), too easy to accidently swipe and remove robot, not possible to turn off/silence error through app, not possible to schedule more than 1 cleaning per day.

The app locked me out and when I tried to reset my password it just says "Phonenumber-format not correct" .... thank you for pushing that stupid cloud-stuff on your users. There is literaly no reason for a cleaning robot to need connection to a cloud.

Reply to ZACO In one of the recent reviews one customer was also asking/complaining about this option for the same model V5x and the reply from your side was kind of step-by-step guide how to create a map... V5x works as expected, enough for daily dusting, I do not expect wonders. However, I do not know how to set apartment floor plans as to tell the robot what to clean. There is no instruction on this, neither in the manual nor in the play store... So, two stars for the app...
