Disappointed. Their own courier send my package to wrong address and Zamora didn't have complaint button in their application. The worst we are customer can't have acces to DEX. Only can wait patiently, can't do anything. So if they failed to deliver, customer will lose their money. No customer protection like others marketplace. If you still want to shop here better use COD only I no longer put Zamora in my favorite place to shop Just don't use DEX if they can't work as other courrier do.

-Overpriced items. Items here are much more expensive from other shopping apps under same brand and official shops. - High delivery fee. I tried checking out an item that costs P150 and the delivery fee is P199. You need to buy a lot more just to get free delivery fee. -The app improvement is slow, they added reviews, but you can't add a picture. -No option to contact the seller in case you have questions.
